Cyber-expertise and cyber-training.

The brain drain represents one of the most penalising phenomena for African economies, as it deprives them of its most qualified human resources.

Cyber-expertise and cyber-training that AFRICACTIONS puts in place will encourage the 80 000 professionals and university-trained Africans (source world Bank) who leave their country each year to work in Europe, the United States and Canada to help with development schemes carried out in Africa, without having to give up their careers abroad.

These thousands of highly-qualified expatriates who only return with great difficulty to Africa (due to lack of motivation, or of interesting perspectives for the evolution of their professional careers) can go back virtually or physicaally thanks to the training sessions of AFRICACTIONS, which assist the transfer of competences and savoir faire of the human resources of African countries.

To carry this out AFRICACTIONS intends to create a network of experts and consultants across the world, and to work in senergy with enterprises and organisations in the new technologies sectors of information and communication.

If you are a specialist in these fields (or you wish to have more information on the planned courses) you can join this programme by contacting the co-ordinator of the project and to contribute towards responding to the desires and demands expressed by employers and professionals in these fields in Africa.
